Custom SEG Fabric

Description

SEG or Silicon Edge Graphics can now be ordered at custom sizes to fit a customer's existing hardware extrusions. The same 6 oz polyester fabric we use with our SEG hardware is available in variable height and width. The fabric is direct UV printed in full CMYK and sewn with 10mm silicone keder.

Material:

• 6 oz UV printed polyester fabric
• 3mm x 11mm silicon keder

Size :

• 40' x 10' maximum size
• Edge to Edge printing
• Silicone size /w Fabric: 0.44" x 0.135"

 

File Setup

• Accepted File Formats: JPEG or PDF (single page only)
• Color Space: CMYK
• Resolution: 150dpi for raster images (More than enough for large format)
• Max File Upload Size: 50MB
• Submit artwork built to ordered size - Scaled artwork is automatically detected and fit to order
• Do not include crop marks or bleeds
• Double sided products will be uploaded as two spearate files unless otherwise specified in the artwork template

Additional Tips

• Do not submit with Pantones/Spot Colors - Convert to CMYK
• Convert live fonts to outlines
• Use provided design templates when available

Note:

• Order size should match the visible graphic you require. Do not add additional bleed for the silicone edges.

A small fee is added to orders under $500 to cover handling and transaction costs.
